SCE Support Coordination is a NDIS registered business who offers truly independent support coordination services. We only provide support coordination services as this is our focus and passion.
We strive to provide exceptional support coordination assistance utilising person centred practices to assist individuals 7+ years of age to achieve their NDIS goals and live their best life.
We currently service the following areas:
Sunshine Coast
Gympie
Caboolture & Moreton Bay
Opening Hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm*
Our office is closed on public holidays
*We understand that not everyone can meet and chat during these times so we will be available at other times by prior arrangement. Please contact your Support Coordinator to arrange alternate times.
